Market Sagging Again

Total Refected Power

Diamond Member
Well the bad news just keeps coming. Fed rate cuts aren't enough to sustain market. Damage is already done from 2000 rate hikes. Greenspan overdid it and now the equity markets are done for awhile. Profits are sagging and until they rebound (at least 2 quarters) the market and the investors will suffer.

At least I am picking up shares in our 401k's really cheap. In the long run this is good for young investors. However, for non-retirement money this hurts!!!!!!!

TRP-

Dont bet on it. Thats just todays news. (Best way to watch FNN is with sound off)
Lets get out of earning season and forge aheard.
Know what you mean about after tax dollars.

Bush will likely help with a tax cut, but that too takes time to help the economy. Lets hope for some good earnings reports now.
