Mario Kart Wii

So I was looking to purchase mario kart wii, and the following places were sold out:

Gamestop, Target, Bestbuy Circuit City, Frys, Toys R Us.

Is this game really that hard to get? Anyone know where/when to check?

Nintendo hates America, clearly.

Really though. I bought this game at launch, no problem at all. Just walked into a GameStop and bought it that weekend. But now it's hard to find. What did they do, send a couple million copies and then just quit sending stuff?

Again, it's one thing when you're talking about Wiis and how Nintendo makes just as many as they can sell to maximize profits, but it makes no sense for games that are just pure profit and cost nothing to manufacture and relatively little to ship. Nintendo confuses me and it makes me think that they actually do hate people in America... enough that they're willing to actually make less money just to infuriate us.

Well, not me, not anymore. I got out of Nintendo a few months ago and they won't get any more of my money. But they're certainly not doing anything to convince me that I made the wrong decision.

probably diverting supplies to Europe for the time being. Despite selling the most, Nintendo is notorious for how conservative they are with supply.

yeah mario crap wii is the easiest to find of the three (wiifit, wii, mariokart) they go for about $90 on ebay but after shipping and tax and fees it's maybe $10 each. Not the best return on $53.

Tried to get it for my sisters birthday, all stores around me OOS. It definitely isn't the wheel holding back supplies, because every store I went into had some wheels on the shelves. Now I have no reason to buy it, so if they're redirecting stock overseas, I'm kind of glad they won't be getting my money.

No, they still hate Europe. They just hate the dollar.

Anyways, I can confirm this - I was in two GameStops today hunting for Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter (wound up with SO3), and both were out. *shrugs* I didn't think it was very hard to find closer to release, interestingly enough.

Thats a better return than youll get for a Wii console.

$90-10(ebay/paypal)-5 shipping=75 for $22 profit

Wii console

320-32(ebay/paypal)-15(shipping)=283 giving you about $20 profit

I picked one up I think 2nd week it was out form whomever had some type of sale for it. Haven't opened it yet thought 🙂

of course you forgot to add the featured plus listing fee which is $10 because without it you won't even get $60. Besides, they close often times for $80 or less even as featured listings.

I never said selling wiis is better right now. Only wiifits can make you rich right now.
