Marinade my tofu!

Whatever you do, make sure you press out the water before marinating (place tofu on paper towels on cutting board, cover with paper towels, put something heavy on top, let rest for 30 minutes or so).

I usually use a little Soy Vey and Sriracha.

Yeah, I've read that's what needs to be done. I may just go with some soy and ginger. Still searching the internet for some more.
