have you asked her to knock it off while little guys around? tell her she's not setting a good example. Not sure i would call the police or report it. that may make an even more fucked situation for everyone. maybe you can come to an agreement.

I would have better luck reasoning with a pickled pepper.

I thought she had declared that she didn't want to see him anymore? Sort of glad for the kid's sake that she changed her mind...but this could be all you need if you want sole custody...the courts don't take kindly to parents smoking dope while the kids are in the room...have him tested...any residual levels in his bloodstream should be enough to yank her custody rights...especially with his other health issues.

If he got a buzz from being in the same room, he might get the munchies and eat foods that aren't healthy for a diabetic...

Won't someone please think about the child!??!

This, a thousand times this.

Call the police. Problem solved.
Totally do this. You might win custody if you can convince a judge she's a bad mother

If you don't want custody then I don't know what to say. You can't really say it's evil because then he loses respect for his mother who is supposed to be an authority figure. That sucks!

I would look at this the same way I would look at it if she was smoking cigs with your child around. Tell her you don't want him to be exposed to any smoke period that you worry about his health. Make a point to tell her it has nothing to do with MJ that you would be just as pissed if it were cigarettes. Going to court as others have suggested is also an option and may be a good one if you want custody. Just remember that could get ugly too.

Definitely, I would be livid if someone was taking drugs around my kids. I would have phoned the police before I realised the phone was in my hand.

No, I never have and they're 24 and 26. I have never drank with them either. It's been brought up that Dad has this weird aversion and I can't say they're wrong.

My dad isn't a big drinker either, so when we first drank together on my 21st birthday it was kind of awkward.
