I went to bourbon st once non mardi gras and I had a blast. Most of the boobs I saw were nice. Take that with a grain of salt as I was heavily drunk (grenades and hurricanes ftw) every day I was there

Although I suppose any chick who's willing to show her tits off probably has a decent pair.
