Quick overview: Have Citrix ICA Client/MetaFrame running on Windows NT Terminal Server Ed. which is authenticated to our NT/Exchange server. In attempt to set up Outlook 2000 for a profile on Windows NT Terminal Server I'm getting the error "MAPI Spooler could not be started ... MAPI 1.0 [000004C7]". There are other profiles setup on the server with Outlook working fine. Just so that there's no confusion... the profiles are set on the server itself not within Outlook. Thought it may have been because I was trying to set Outlook up through Citrix ICA Client but I tried directly on the server itself and still got the same error... thought rebooting the server may help but no such luck. Have any ideas?
