I'd get most of Europe right, I might just label all the Balkan countries as Balkans. They change so often it doesn't really matter. I'd at least get Greece right.

I don't think I can place that many US states. Most of the European countries except for some of the former Yugoslavian republics and a few other eastern Europeans.
