Many VHS titles at Tops Grocery Stores B&M at 2.50-5.00

Apparently, Tops Friendly Markets are getting rid of many of their vhs tapes. I got Austin Powers, Top Gun, Risky Business, Waynes World and Happy Gilmore. All were 2.50, except Happy which was 3.75. There were about 40-50 tapes on sale, new in original shrinkwrap, and i don't know if its local only or chain-wide.
