Manually removing a virus

Hi i got a virus on my computer in the C:\windows\system folder called winno.exe. WIndows does not allow me to delete, modify, or move it. How can i manually remove this? IN DOS? or anywhere. THe anti-Virus software I have will not remove it either. Thanks!

I downloaded Trojan Guarder it found it and deleted it.
