This is why tort reform is a terrible thing. Would anyone care to argue that $500,000 is fair to compensate this man for what the doctor / hospital did to him?
 
Any doctor who neglects to mention that you may lose your wang as a result of something shouldn't be a doctor anymore.

The problem is tissue rejection. Also, there would be presumably no feeling in the transplanted wang due to nerve damage. So, there would really be no point of doing it, unless it was done for purely cosmetic reasons.

There was that recent post where the kid was growing a schlong on his arm that was somehow grafted on. That would be a possible treatment for this poor, unfortunate bastard.
