Yeah, because most people are lazy and lack willpower

If you change your lifestyle and keep with it, you will continue to see positive results. Don't always be a victim and realize you have control over what goes in your body and the rest will fall into place.

Grats to that guy, but . . . is that his mother he's posing with before and after? I'm thinking/hoping she's his grandmother . . . for his dad's sake.

How long did it take you?

like 3-4 years?

Wow are you serious? Highly impressive.
I would assume it took a complete change of life style and that you are going to have to keep at it for the rest of you life. I hear very few people manage to keep the weight off.
Congrat on more time.

sometimes I feel like I just flipped from one eating disorder to another. I dropped down to like 160 and my doctor yelled at me and I looked like fucking skeletor and still felt like a fucking cow. heh. I've been trying to maintain ~175, though. feels like an OK spot (and I gotta figure my 175 is probably really more like 160-165 on account of an inch or two of excess skin; once I pay off my CC in a month or two I'm going to start seriously saving for plastic surgery. I'm estimating 20K on the high end, so I'd like to have 10K in cash available)
