Going to show this to a good friend of mine. He's a 400+ guy. He's pretty active, but he eats way to much. He just started losing weight and maybe this will inspire him to keep it up.

Excellent video... I'm sure it'll help motivate some people to stop thinking about losing weight and actually start doing it. Just gotta be in the right state of mind.

I really regret not taking pictures while losing 250 pounds.
Wow are you serious? Highly impressive.
I would assume it took a complete change of life style and that you are going to have to keep at it for the rest of you life. I hear very few people manage to keep the weight off.
Congrat on more time.

Yep. Just goes to show what a little hard work can do. Instead of suing McDonalds or blaming others, he hit the roads.

This was not the result of a little hard work. This is a major achievement for any human being requiring a complete change of life style and complete dedication to the task at hand.
Very few people are capable of loosing this much weight and keeping it off.

I wouldn't say very few people are capable of doing this. It's not that they aren't capable, it's that they aren't willing to have a "complete change of life style and complete dedication to the task at hand."

Wow, the guy looks significantly younger after he lost all that weight. That was pretty impressive.

Sure it is. Well, a lot of hard work.

This is a major achievement for any human being requiring a complete change of life style and complete dedication to the task at hand.

Right. Hard work, just as I said.

Very few people are capable of loosing this much weight and keeping it off.

Yeah, because most people are lazy and lack willpower
