There once was a Sierra game called "Manhunter" (http://www.vintage-sierra.com/mh.html). It featured some nudity as well, but usually rotting corpses. Still somewhat disturbing at the time.

Too bad it was only EGA back then. If only they had created a VGA version! *sniff*

Even if I didn't catch it there with those guys hanging in the rooms, there is a piggman called Piggsy.

His shlong is just hanging there as he's running or trying to sniff me out of my hiding place. It's looks pretty big too, so it's not like it's hard to notice.
