Those labels exist for people who would try to play at being Walter White and raise hell with home chemistry for nefarious purposes. . . Not people who want to kill bugs inside.

:)
Quite possible, though IIRC it also went into detail about the damage it would do to lungs if inhaled. So I'm also thinking the label is meant for custodial people who might cut corners and spray it indoors where it could do permanent damage to people, as opposed to a product designed for inside usage.

who gets to define the crimes?

under our current government, we'd see 3 joints and you're off to the electric chair.

The first violent gun crime should be the death penalty. Break into a house to steal and death penalty. Rob a store with a gun death penalty. Vandalize a cemetary Death Penalty. Steal a car Death Penalty. No need to coddle criminals in jail. Give them 90 days in jail for a chance to find more evidence or just take them out and shoot them. No need to hire a doctor. Kill them any way you want. Chop off their heads, Hang Them, etc. Dead people dont escape from prison. No such thing as life imprisonment. I dont want to waste my money feeding murderers.

Vandalize a cemetary, death?

Really?

How about a mandatory death sentence for anyone who still believes their political party is anything but a ruse to keep them distracted from the thieves and murderers running the world?

It would have to be a case by case basis without any blanket rules for handing out the death penalty. Can't have Americans feeling that they are just a few bar fights away from the death penalty. If you have people breaking in to homes and beating mothers in front of their kids, then Judas Cradle or bullet to dome on first offense.
