Get a Zagats guide at your local bookstore. There are some amazing restaurants that STOMP the pricey ones in the casinos.

Also look at gayot.com.

Bellagio, Aladdin, Paris, Rio (seafood), are all highly rated in the top tier. I don't think Mandalay Bay is even in the second tier of buffet quality, sorry.

Are we talking seafood buffet only ? Cause I umm... despise eating insect-like creatures. 😉

Bellagio buffet == 5 star resturant food in an all you can eat format.

eat there if you like higher brow food.

Rio buffet == american meal

eat there if you want burgers and such.

so out of the seafood buffets which one is the best

Rio seafood is probably the best, though I heard quality has been slipping a bit, I'll check it out the next time I'm there in a few weeks. Be prepared to fork out $30 per person. Note that Rio actually has two buffets in their hotel, the one I'm talking about, and another regular type buffet that isn't highly rated.
