Manarch Computer - How do they rate?

Anyone here ever deal with this company? Good or bad testimonials welcome. I want to order from them but haven't found them rated anywhere.

I wouldn't buy hard drives from them at least.... they just poorly wrap them in bubble wrap and throw them in a big box of shipping peanuts.

Other stuff they seem to be OK with

All of the hard drives I've bought from Newegg came only in bubble wrap, no packing peanuts, and they worked just fine.

Around 2 and a half years back I bought a msi pro2-a/tbird 800 and an aiw radeon from them the board was fine until the manufacturers defect kicked in, and the cpu worked fine (and is actually still being used), however the radeon i purchased as oem, after 2-3 months of emailing (i gave up calling as all i got was voicemail which never got responses) i gave up and paid $20 to get the proper cable sent from ati.

When I originally emailed asking about what came with the card they said it came with the entire "package" when I got my order I did get cables and the included cds, but it was for some rage128 product and the important cable was not compatable (infact it was only one cable that changed from the aiw 128 to the aiw radeon)

Considering the runaround i had when working with them trying to get what I paid for, I'll never order from them again. They may have wisened up since them but I'd rather not take chances.
