Managing Music Match

My son is a professional dj, and i'm trying to rip all of his cd's onto one hard drive. The problem is, there are over 21,000 songs, so far, and it takes music match over an hour to rip, and then sort them, for each 20 song cd. Is there a better way to get music match to do this? I came up with the idea of having them all backed up, in case something happened to the cd, but this is taking forever, frack! I figured some of you had similar situations to deal with, and was curious how you did it.

I use cdex, and take care of the filing/organizing myself. One of those will probably be a lot better.
