Yeah...synthol... LMAO. This is such a joke:

To keep in shape, according to The Daily Mail, Ismail must down seven pounds of protein, nine pounds of carbs and three gallons of water each day, and puts in two three-hour workouts each day. His typical diet includes four pounds of chicken, two pounds of steak or fish, four cups of almonds, and three liters of protein shakes.

No steroids to see here. Nope. Move along. :rolleyes;

definitely not steroids. if he was using steroids he would be strong. but his arms are that big and he is only curling 40lb dumbells? and on that preacher curl machine he has 1 45lb plate on there? if it was actaully real muscle in there he'd be doing A LOT more than that.

also, his tricep is big as well, yet they only show him doing bicep exercises?

definitely a sham.

yeah that looks..odd. when he took off his shirt i was shocked at how his gut shook! the guy needs to stop the curls and hit the crunch's

When your biceps are bigger then your head you have issues.

One would think you'd want definition over just concentrated mass in one area.

I never understood people who overdo the gym. What is the point of having such disproportional muscles? I'm sure there is a point where it's not even healthy anymore.

It's the male version of anorexia. They're sick people whose entire sense of self worth is tied up in body image and something went haywire in their brain that gives them the wrong idea of what the ideal shape is.

That's not how bicep muscles develop even with steroids. You'll never see your average body builder with arms that shape. Its just not normal anatomy. It really has to be synthoil or whatever.
