As a result of this, a couple of countries in the Arab world are going to have an economic collapse because countries like Saudi Arabia needs oil to be at, atleast 80$ a barrel to sustain their economy. Pastor Williams also stated that oil will remain below or around 50$ a barrel for atleast another 6 months, or 1 year atmost.

Finally Williams warned that the same situation that happened in Iceland (except worser) will happen to the United States around a year from now, primarily because not as much dollars would be traded in oil.

Call me a conspiracy nut, but i hope to bump this when the time comes.

Who are the "elites"?

I don't know who they are but apparently I work for them.

I don't give much credence to the premise put forth in the OP. The mention of SA needing $80/bbl oil to survive is patently preposterous.

That said, the Bilderberg group is ghastly, just as the Bohemian Grove group, Skull & Bones, etc.

These kinds of elite power meetings should ideally not be happening, as it concentrates global policy within a handful of interconnected, insulated, self-loyal bastards.

I'm not saying that they're secretly planning another holocaust, hiding UFOs, or any of that nonsense, but it just seems to pervert the democratic process and the reward of an individuals virtues over political/power connections.

For anyone who doubts the power of these kinds of groups. Election 2004. In a nation of ~300 million people, the ONLY viable selections in the general election are two members of the same rarefied college fraternity, with a known circle of incredibly powerful figures? The chances of that are simply astronomical.

So I guess we should also throw Harvard, Yale, and Princeton in with those "ghastly" groups because they tend to produce powerful people. I'm sorry, but the idea that these individuals run the world, or the country, is insane. Going to a prestigious university and being part of an organization with other wealthy people gives you a leg-up on the competition, especially in the fund-raising department. It gives you access to all sorts of connections you wouldn't otherwise have. That's it. It's not like they give you "the book" titled "Controlling the World For Dummies."

There just isn't some global power cabal that seeks to destroy the world. Sorry, but it's nearly impossible. Look at what guys like k3N claim: these groups control the world through the world's governments. I guess it's feasible that they have a gun to Bush's head, but how do we explain that the president is pretty handicapped without the aid of Congress. How do these groups of elites tell Congress what to vote for? Do they literally pass out memos that have check marks next to the bills that should be passed and if you disagree they kill your family? I find that highly, highly, highly unlikely, especially considering how many people are involved in the legislative process. You're talking about Senators, representatives, and their aides. Everyone is in on it? No way.

Congress was threatened with martial law if they didnt pass the bailout bill

That and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse would descend upon them and their young at the behest of the Federal Reserve.

Right.

And the most educated American on the Internet predicted $200 oil by the end of the year.

I didn't say by the end of this year but gas did go up 10 cents today now that Thanksgiving and black friday is over.

Expect it back over $4 in no time.

Considering your history of horribly inaccurate predictions, I expect to see sub-$2 gas in no time. Oh, wait, we're already there. Add lower gas prices to the list of things Dave got wrong, on top of the election, milk prices, et al.

That's because he is a troll and doesn't believe this himself. Why dave continues to troll unchecked in P&N is one of the interweb's great mysteries.

Oh, and, sorry dave, you dumb sh*t, gas slipped for the 76th straight day

Like I've said, thank God dave's only kids are of the canine variety

I predict the economy will go up and down while I am still alive, and even after I am gone.
