Yep. The machine (while impressive) is actually fairly small potatoes as far as supercomputers go (only about 3K cores). What's really impressive is the software that parses the natural language question and formulates a coherent response.

Exactly it isnt the hardware that is the most impressive it is the software and what it is doing that is impressive.
