I immediatly thought that the person mightve thought this was the situation, when she was actually dieing.

It would be hard to differentiate someone with pancreatic failure from a passed out drunk in the street.
 
Is that it, where's the part of the story where an angry mob breaks him in half?!? Apparantly this was on some street, you'd think there'd be somebody passing by that would do something about that.

How many drunk passed out ladies do you see on the street? I've seen passes out bums, but never normal people passed out on the street.

BS. A person dying shows signs of doing so, and pancreatic failure is a very painful death and the lady surely would have shown pain by looking at the face and body movements. (at least i think. don't know much about pancreatic failure)
this gives smoking and drinking a bad rep too...

I can tell you, that for sure I've never had those kinds of thoughts of something so... evil. Then again, I'm not even a person who pulls pranks on other people for a living... pranks that I do are typically of other peoples imagination. I'm good-natured I guess. Sad that scum like that person can continue to breathe, and breed more scum.
 
Okay, so in reality, terrible. Beyond belief. But when you hear about it on the internet, it's sort of... I don't know... not real. So it's funny in the same way that the scene in Pulp Fiction where they're driving down the street, hit a bump and have the gun go off killing that guy is funny. The reality of some guy getting shot in the face by accident isn't funny at all, yet everyone laughs at that scene.
