every country has a short hand name. to me none are racist, though it could be considered rude, especially the shorthand of pakistan because that one does tend to only get used when being derogatory towards them.

for example i might say oh the japs are great engineers.... now thats not racist, nor is ... the yanks have to do everything bigger and better than us

alot of those i said above usually get used in general chat

but the abriviation of pakistan nearly always follows the word fucking and then some times preceeds some other racist remark

basically its like those words arent racist unless your talking nasty about them

Frog is definitely a slur (if you're french, you can call me frog all you like 😛), and kraut isn't particularly friendly either. While I don't find it offensive, I find the term "yanks" as applied to US citizens stupid. I have a Japanese friend who was referred to as a "jap" by someone else at work, and he was definitely offended.
