Man Tased by Cops While Sitting on Porch

Holy crap how many cops does it take to get ONE person that is not even in combat? That's ubber ganked.

And I thought tasers were only for if the person is not complying, ex: trying to struggle to get away. Sitting down is in perfect "you're under arrest, show me your hands so I can cuff you" position. If the person does not comply at that point THEN use physical force, if that is still not doing it, THEN maybe a taser or night stick. Think lot of cops just like to jump the gun and use their toys right away.

1) He was be yelling and disturbing the peace.
2) He called the officers racial slurs.
3) and said he might get a gun. Opps. Time to get tased.
