WHen my tenants moved out, they left our placed trashed. I found a video tape of them destroying a hotel room. they cut up glow sticks and sprayed the goo all over the place. the room was glowing!

they of course didnt get the deposit back.. about 1500.
 
When Deputy Kevin Smith arrived, the greasy m.o. rang a bell--a couple of weeks earlier a room at a nearby Super 8 was also apparently slimed by Chamberlain (though the owner declined at the time to press charges).
