Well the thing is "no questions asked" which is a big incentive

he went to an army surplus store.. paid $15 for a used rocket launcher... then traded it in for $200. Not bad.

These things are about as useful as used condoms... but the media sure jumps everytime someone trades in a "rocket launcher."
