I've done this when i was younger as well (vice grip, hammer, and a pointed pick). Kinda sad that he had to resort to this to make a few bucks.
 
I laughed at this alot. And then a bit more. Then I cried a bit for humanity - then I thought about the fact that he will have/already has 8 kids as the dumb slowly out breed the smart and left to go hit a bullet with a hammer
