No not a typo at all.

I remember a week ago a guy set some sort of record with a .4 BAC, and is just put to shame by this guy.

You could take a shot of this guy's blood and get a little buzzed from it.

To put it in perspective, a 200-lb man downing 20 shots of vokda in a 4 hour time frame would register a BAC of about .41..

So basically, 1% of his blood was alcohol. Scary to think about. I'm sure he suffered some brain damage from that.

If all your blood was replaced with American beer, you would register about a 3.0

This is simply BS. I work in the CJ field and the highest BAC I have heard of someone testing is 0.055. A rabid alcoholic would have difficulty reaching 0.40 and, in most cases, have less than 10 years to live. A 67 year old man would have died long ago from liver failure. Total BS.

Considering that the legal limit in Michigan is 0.08% BAC, I think you don't really have that much experience in the 'CJ field.'

That's awesome. Canada can definitely lay claim to some fame now. I knew a guy at university who got close to the life threatening level and looked in rough shape the next day, with electrodes still on his chest. He was nowhere near a respectable .91 though!
