I think Denzel played the role really well, glad none of the other actors mentioned ended up with it (not that I think they're bad actors, but Denzel did an awesome job).

I agree. I can think of no one else who could have been more appropriate. Also, I am glad no one considered vin diesel for this role. He would have made the movie just awful.
