A racist in Canada got fired for being a racist. Who cares?

Obviously you because you made the effort to be sure everyone knows you "don't care."

I love the logic loop. It allows us to go round and round without a conclusion.
Lets look at it this way. Canada's racists are Canada's problem, we don't need to import outrage (Trump should put a tariff on that). While I find the fellow reprehensible, I don't see the point of posting it here. We can all sit around and say harrumph harrumph, and I guess that makes us feel as though were good people, but it's a zero sum game. There isn't anything to discuss, there isn't anything to be learned, there isn't any controversy because we all know the guy was an ass and got canned for it. The story wasn't amusing or touching, it was just another asshole doing asshole things.

I like TerraLink's comments.

“We are publicly stating that TerraLink’s values are for inclusiveness of all people who make up the fabric of society. Given the nature of the comments, we particularly wish to inform the Indo-Canadian community that we are supportive of them. We stand with the Indo-Canadian community who are our friends and business colleagues. Together we mourn the loss of Sohan Singh Sidhu who tragically died in the accident following the Canada Day parade.

“For more than four decades the ownership of TerraLink, its management and staff have promoted equality and equal rights for all. We urge others to do so to help remove hate and discrimination from all walks of life. We are multiethnic, multicultural and multigenerational. We consciously work towards fairness and goodwill towards all people and will continue to do so.”

Oddly enough several conservative posters make OP's all the time regarding injustice X in country Y by dark person Z which never triggers some folks from their safe spaces.

Yet call out a racist... any racist... it's like tossing chum in the DERP pool... Bottom feeders surface... With the quickness...

You seem to be under the impression that this is only a US message board.

The irony is, you are always quick to explain away, excuse, or dismiss racist assholes.

I wonder why?

Meanwhile, the white supremacist right-wing batshit movement in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK are all linked. Like it or not.
