Dude, that's a DANGEROUS road to walk down. In fact, it's a slap in the face to hundreds of years of progress as a species, and the millions of people who gave their lives to realize the sort of freedoms we enjoy today, compared to the oppressive monarchies of the Dark Ages. If you don't like something, don't buy it. As for the kids, ratings and parents exist for a reason.

Obviously stopping crime will only work if we stop arresting criminals, but instead go after their parents for raising them badly, their teachers for not teaching them correct behavior, their doctors for not prescribing them the proper drugs to keep them happy and cooperative...
