Feels like -23.

It is fucking freezing outside. I have an electric space heater in my room, and on it's highest setting my room is still cold as balls. WOW.

-17.2C here. It was so cold and windy today I could actually feel cold air coming in through my car door handles.

On the same NOAA page, the predicted low for my location tonight is 7 degrees F, and the current temperature is 2 degrees F. Windchill 20 below. Didn't really feel that cold out though; I was outside an hour or so ago for about 30 minutes.
