punkrawket? 3 yaers in prison? Huh?

"A man who kicked, punched and knocked down a theme park worker dressed as Cookie Monster because she wouldn't pose with his 3-year-old daughter was sentenced to a year of probation.

Lee P. McPhatter Jr., 22, of Waldorf, Maryland, was convicted Wednesday by a judge of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He also was ordered to take an anger-management class. "

Well, there is a guy dressed up as a fake Mickey Mouse in front of the McDonalds here who makes animal balloons for children.. I get annoyed when I see him, but my friend takes it further, expressing to me how he'd like to punch the guy. Strange, huh?

i don't know what this world is coming to, but then again, when I was at disneyland last december, the llama from emporer's new groove kind of shoved me off and made spitting noises at me when i wanted a pic with it. so, i just spun it around, snapped the pic and ran away

<< McPhatter and his girlfriend, Sabrina Quiroz, the child's mother, testified that the 22-year-old theme park worker shoved their daughter several times, flung a paw in McPhatter's face, then tripped.

The 3-year-old, Mina, testified before a judge that "Cookie pushed me in the face." McPhatter had faced up to two years in prison.

"I'm satisfied. The guy didn't deserve to go to Graterford prison, but the girl spent two months in physical therapy," Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Robert Mancini said.
>>

Ok....the cookie monster pushes a 3 yr old around, takes a swing at her and the falls down..
This results in the girl playing the cookie monster needing 2 months of physical therapy????

Sounds like the daddy is a modern day pinochio..
I wish Bigbird was there to give him a big foot between his legs

<< McPhatter, a student at The Citadel military college in South Carolina, called E. Jennie McNelis a "mean Cookie Monster," then punched her through the mouth of the costume, knocking her down, police said. >>

Is the Citadel not very selective these days? He sounds like a loo-hoo-ser.
