People need to quit being such whiney little bitches. If you make an rude comment to someone and that person slaps you (it's not like Simmons beat the crap out of him or anything, it was probably a little smack), tough $hit you deserve it. I'm not sure if this guy should be more embarrased about being slapped or about "pressing charges"....aka running to tell his mommy that a big mean man gave him a booboo. These stupid pressing of charges and lame a$$ lawsuits have to stop.
