What an idiotic law. What an idiotic guy. Stupidity seems to be abundant in California these days.
Sure if everyone cut down their trees then that would happen. But you do realize that not every state has this law and there are still lots of trees around. So guess what, it's not the law that's keeping the trees up.
I don't see the issue.
whether or not he should be able to do whatever he wants on his property is irrelevant. He can't. Period. it's against the law. If he has an issue with the law there are ways he can protest it and perhaps with the support of the like-minded, have it changed.
