After a year - and nine doctors - he was able to get pregnant using frozen donor sperm but the pregnancy was eptopic and required surgery.

But a second pregnancy was a success and the couple's daughter is due on July 3, the article states.

Whew. Okay, so "he's" not really a man by any stretch of the imagination. Just some lady that got a boob reduction and taking steroids essentially. It's hardly acceptable to call her a man then.

The person in question is a woman that takes an androgen and looks like a man. She is in a lesbian relationship (this part I could care less about, not upset about that). But... is she legally referred to as a man, and is actually married in a man/woman way, and not as a gay couple? HOW THE HELL does that work?
