Man, carpet fumes are harsh

The wonderful PTBs decided that we needed new carpet in two studios and a production room. The air is toxic. We've been going to the rest of the station, breathing, then breathing into our jackets in the new carpet areas.

How long will this stuff last? I'll bet it's going to make everyone sick.

maybe steam clean it and use some carpet freshener? i don't know if that will remove the smell but it might at least mask it.
