Police arrested a man they said tracked his ex-girlfriend's whereabouts by attaching a global positioning system to her car.

He was being held on $500,000 bail and was to be arraigned Wednesday.

wow he should put his smarts to better use.
If he was reallly smart, he would've some how connected the phone to the car battery.

nah, if he was really smart, he would fake an alien abduction and place the GPS tracking device inside her and tap power from her nervous system and/or minihemoelectric dams built inside some of the less usefull veins
