Ghetto thugs can include any race. Don't read stuff into my posts I didn't put in there. And obviously my earlier reference included VIOLENT FELONY CRIMES not JUST THIS ONE. You would certainly find those crimes more commonly in a ghetto area. Life is cheap there, and stuff.

I was thinking the same thing for sexual predators/child molesters/etc. Seems like a medieval kind of punishment, but wouldn't they be less apt to go chasing after 14 year old girls if they lost their package?
