mamory and cpu program?

are there any programs that can check if my ram and cpu is working the right way???
because my games are running alittle slow and ppl are telling me that my ram abd cpu may be in foult

WINDOWS XP PRO
CPU Type- Intel Pentium 4HT, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
Motherboard Name- Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
Motherboard Chipset- Intel Canterwood i875P
System Memory- 1024 MB (DDR SDRAM) ULTRA pc3200
Video Adapter- RADEON 9700 PRO (Omega 2.5.97) (128 MB)
Audio Adapter- Creative Audigy LS Audio Processor
Disk Driver- Maxtor 6Y060L0 (60 GB, 7200 RPM, Ultra-ATA/133) 2MB C


im about to buy nvidia 6800gt and seagate 120 ata133 8mb hdd

I think your hands/grasp on English might be at "foult" too, from the way you typed the message.

(No offense meant.)

In any event, Memtest will test to ensure that your RAM has no errors, and Everest'll give you a look at the system (CPU-Z's also worth a look for just the CPU). Also make sure you have drivers for everything and nothing's set oddly in the BIOS, etc.
