Malware Port Forwarding?

I recently noticed on the UPnP page of my Orange Livebox that I have aquired two new entries. They are marked as "SkypeTCPat..." and "SkypeUDPPat...". I don't use Skype or have willingly installed Instant Messaging. How do I get rid of it?

Turn off upnp on your router and run some AV/spyware scans with:

Adaware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - www.safer-networking.org
Malware bytes - www.malwarebytes.org
Super Anti Spyware - www.superantispyware.com
Trend Micro - Housecall.antivirus.com

Thanks RadiclDreamer. I ran Adaware and a-squared and although I found some minor problems which were removed I still have the Skype entry.
