Who do you prefer to speak with as a sales person or customer representative?
I like females, they are usually more polite and understanding.

depends on the place you're calling.. sometimes when you call the car dealership, it's better to get a male tech 😛
but when you call the bank.. the ladies are cool.. 😉
 
No preference as long as THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

Nothing frustrates me more than a freaking phone support person who has such a horrible accent that you cant understand them, or just doesn't speak English fluently. coughVERIZONcough :|

Definately 🙂 It's a bit difficult to chat up a sales guy to try to get a better price 😱 Chatting up a woman on the other hand....😉


Tech support needs to be a guy so it's easier to tell them their service is a POS and to get it fixed ASAP, cos you just can't talk to a lady like that 🙂

What are they selling? If it's women's underwear, I'd be a bit uncomfortable with a guy as a salesperson.
