If you have a partner, ask her. She may even do it for you. Otherwise use a scissor or a electric grooming tool to make the hair in that region short and neat. Do not "sculpt"

I trim. Not too close but close enough that there's no curl left. The twins are nicely shaved. I use an electric razor with a trimmer.

Naw man, you gotta trim it. Use hair clippers or an electric razor with a clipper attachment on everything. Then on the boys and around the base of the shaft you use a bladed razor.
