I don't see the point in shaving the "boys" The hairs not that thick there anyways. I keep it short up top but thats about it.

I was genuinly curious if it was normal to grom. The only concern I have is if it continues onto other areas - like chest

Chest is a no unless you are one hairy mofo and still shouldn't be done unless toned.
