I had plainly forgotten Malaria - you know, a race on QMC with (a word too much here) Free-DC, a new monthly project poll, getting it all done and then the great weather here where I live :sun:

First spring is some 3 weeks late - we had snow falling about 8 days ago - at least 2½ inches (=12 cm) then the warmth came and over 35 inches (approx. 90 cm) snow melted in 5 days in temperatures of about 14 - 20 degrees C. We were all sitting or walking outdoors just to get to see the spring! 😀

Edit: If it wasn't so sad, we could have a competition about who finds how many spelling mistakes in one post - this one. I have found 8 spelling- and grammer mistakes ... 🙁 😛 :Q

No news visible -- but in the boards there are discussions about errors in WUs, aborting prematurely, getting stuck @ 91% (in contrast to rosetta, where it was 1%), the devs have worked and come to version 527(?), which is not without bugs ... The devs are contemplating watch-dog-code, etc.

So it is very much still beta - they do not want to release it before it is more mature. Oh, and they have looked at Rosetta and learned from those mistakes, it seems. 😉

I haven't had a single problem, that I can remember.

Have you Peter? Or anyone else?
 
I had one Malaria work unit abort prematurely, but I think that's because a game I was playing at the time committed suicide and somehow managed to take out several other processes running on the computer at the same time (including BOINC) so even that one failure wasn't the fault of the Malaria client...
