Making your optical mouse glide faster!-------->

If u have an optical mouse and no special mousepad or whatever, take 4 pieces of scotch tape and put them over the 4 pads. Now put your mouse back on you desk and feel how smmooooothhh is now!! 🙂. It just GLIDES!!!!!! i just did this to my MS optical and it's so cool. who needs to spend like $20 on an everglide mousepad 😉.

that is a good idea but there is nothing smmmmooootther then the surface 1030 i even put a some armorall on the pad it works really good.
 
Scotch tape wears and catches after a while you have to keep replacing it... it is a pain in the azz. I just use a really smooth free home grocer mouse pad 😛
 
Take OFF the pads and stuff polytetrafluoroethylene balls in the screwholes. The balls need to be slightly larger than the holes so they don't go all the way down.
