So far I like it better than when I first tried it a few months back and went kicking and screaming back to Opera. Best of all, I can actually use Gmail with it unlike Opera. One thing that bugs me is the tendancy it has to open links in a new window all the time. How do I get it to only open links in a new tab instead of a new window? Also, how do I get rid of the bookmarks toolbar?

Wrong forum.

Bookmarks: View -> toolbars maybe?
tabs: I think there is an extension for it, look in the correct forum for threads on extensions.

Oh yeah, with the tabs bitch: you can also change how tabs work a bit if you look in the options. Turning on the middle click -> open in new tab is a nice one. I use the middle button constantly and being able to open a link in a new tab with it is just nice.

It didn't before?

I use mine to switch between desktops, and I've got a middle click menu.

I've used the scroll wheel click since Firebird and I cannot live without it! It gets so that when I am using IE I hit the scroll wheel and recoil in horror as nothing happens!!!!

Ya, scroll wheel click is a godsend. But that works just fine in opera as well. Personally, I just cant get over the speed difference between the two.

i love firefox but there are a few webpages that are just not compatible with firefox. there are some that requires multimedia plug-ins and when i click on the link, it gives me an option to download that plug-in but for netscape. i never opted to but is every netscape plug-in compatible with firefox?

Pretty sure the new netscape is using the latest stable mozilla.
