i can just use some sugar cookie dough for the cookie part...what about the center? do you use strawberry jam or some kind of special cooking stuff? thanks in advance

looks like a glaze more than a filling. You might want to use something that has alot of starch (cornsyrup) to get the consisency up.

when he bake them the water will evaporate from the jam.
