Making Outlook view emails as "threads"?

Kinda like in Usenet, or here. When you get Re: emails, I'd like them to be grouped together, instead of just going by date. It would help to organize the various topics in my inbox.
 
If your refering to Outlook or Outlook Express, you should be able to choose this from the View menu (choose: Group Messages by Conversation). I know this is supported in Outlook XP and Outlook Express 2002. and I'm pretty sure the 2000 versions supported it also (don't remember earlier)
