A couple of options:
OPTION 1..........Get your company to buy an avi enabled DVD player and stick the avi's on a DVD (or DVD's) as a DATA DISK....then a folder view will pop up on insertion of the disk allowing you to select the track (avi) of your choice. This is the FAST, easy, no-brainer option..in other words FOOLPROOF (unless your avi's are not compatable with your companys (avi enabled) DVD player.
OPTION 2...........Convert the avi's to DVD compliant resolutions, bitrates and audio formats and AUTHOR a DVD (or DVD's) adding titles / menu's etc as you require. A bit more involved and MUCH more time consuming. Be prepared to start learning about .....video editing, frameserving, demuxing, encoding (both video and audio), AR's/DAR's/pixel ratios (pc and TV), pulldown etc... and this is before you even get to the AUTHORing stage.....
