With the recent Bacon Log & Bacon Explosion threads here I thought about making something of my own.

I weaved the Bacon then chopped around it to make it round so it would fit in a pie tin. I took some flour and spices and a slight bit of the Bacon I had left over which I crumbled in the mix and made a bottom crust in the pie tin. Then I added Mozzarella Cheese Sticks for the filling and put some Pastrami on top of them. Put the rest of the crumbled bacon with the Pastrami and generously sprinkled some 4 Mexican blend Cheese over fillings. I then took the Bacon weave and put it on top for the crust.

I'm about to put it in the oven, I have no idea in hell how it's going to come out. But I'm pretty sure I nailed the unhealthy aspect 🙂 Even if it sucks it should still taste alright, all the ingredients are win so I should be okay.

LOL I own no camera but I will track one down as I'm sure I'll be making this again, maybe soon. If I had planned better I would have borrowed a neighbors. This just sort of came to me when I was getting ready to bake up some Cheese Sticks.

I have a Blackberry but no text messaging and BB's don't support Vista 64 well at all. I can't download anything I save to it. I either need to add text messaging or get a memory card so I can take pics directly to it.

I'm glad I didn't take pics it turned out horribly looking, I forgot to factor in Bacon shrinkage and the top looks very shitty. I will nail it next time and will have a camera on hand to document my journey into unhealthiness

You can't just bluetooth it to your laptop? Granted if you don't have one that could be a problem, but it's what I do.

As for the food, that sounds awful.

it was next to free, I needed a phone and didn't want a contract. Somebody sold it to me brand new in the box for cheaper than any new phone at the T-Mobile store.

to DEMO24 I don't have Bluetooth on my PC. I did buy a digital camera and will be making this again soon some day. It didn't come out too well but I think I can nail it next time 😀
